1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original packaging, and documentation must be included

• The item must show no signs of wear, use, resizing, damage, or alteration

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom or personalised jewellery (including engraved items)

• Made-to-order pieces

• Resized items

• Hair jewelry 

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
